5. ARTIST & PERFORMANCE RECORDING

Certain performances, artist appearances, DJ sets, special experiences or other programmed activities may be subject to photography, filming, livestreaming or recording restrictions due to artist agreements, production requirements, licensing arrangements or intellectual property considerations.

Attendees must comply with all reasonable instructions issued by Legal Rave personnel, artists, security personnel, signage or event announcements.

Unauthorized recording, livestreaming, reproduction or commercial distribution of restricted performances may result in the attendee being asked to stop the activity, surrender access to the relevant area or leave the venue.

6. DRONE POLICY

The operation of personal or unauthorized drones within or around the Legal Rave venue is prohibited.

Only drone operators expressly authorized by the Legal Rave organizers and operating in compliance with applicable aviation, safety and event requirements may operate drones for official event coverage.

7. RESPECT FOR OTHER ATTENDEES

9. SPONSORS & MEDIA PARTNERS

Authorized Legal Rave sponsors, partners and accredited media organizations may capture photographs, videos and other content within approved areas as part of their event activations, publicity and coverage.

All sponsor and media activities remain subject to Legal Rave's accreditation, access, safeguarding, operational and brand requirements.

The Legal Rave name, logo, trademarks, artwork, designs, promotional materials and other brand assets constitute intellectual property of their respective owners.

Attendees may share genuine personal experiences and content from the event but must not use Legal Rave's intellectual property in a manner that:

Falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement or official affiliation;
