Delete your TicketNests account

You can request permanent deletion of your TicketNests account and the personal data associated with it. You do not need to sign in to make a request.

How to request deletion

    Select Request account deletion below to email TicketNests Support.

    Include the email address and, if applicable, phone number used for your account.

  3. 3

    Complete any identity-verification step we send you. Once verified, we will process the deletion and confirm by email.

Data we delete

Your account profile, contact details, saved preferences, and other personal data linked to your account will be deleted or anonymized.

Data we may retain

Transaction, fraud-prevention, tax, and regulatory records may be retained only where required by law or for legitimate security purposes, then deleted when the applicable period ends.
