These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our platform at ticketnests.com, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Definitions
- User: Any individual or organization accessing or using the Service.
- Organizer: A User who creates and manages events on the platform.
- Attendee: A User who purchases tickets or registers for an event.
- Voting Event: An event or competition where Users cast votes for nominees or contestants.
- Ticket: A digital or physical confirmation granting entry to an event.
- Content: All information, data, text, graphics, videos, and other material uploaded or made available via the Service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Ticket Sales and Purchases
Organizers set ticket prices, quantities, and event details. All ticket sales are binding. Refunds are subject to the organizer's published policy unless otherwise required by law. TicketNests acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for the quality, fulfillment, or safety of events listed by organizers.
6. Voting
Voting may be free or paid depending on event settings. Any attempt to manipulate or fraudulently increase vote counts (including vote-bots, multiple account fraud, or similar conduct) will result in disqualification and may lead to account suspension or legal action. Results published by organizers are final unless otherwise specified in event rules.
7. Fees and Payments
We may charge service or processing fees which will be clearly disclosed at checkout. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By purchasing tickets or casting paid votes you authorize charges to your selected payment method.
8. Event Changes and Cancellations
Organizers may modify, postpone, or cancel events. Refund and rescheduling policies are set by the organizer. TicketNests will assist in facilitating refunds where applicable but is not liable for organizer decisions.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service to engage in unlawful activity, to defraud others, to infringe intellectual property rights, to transmit harmful content, or to disrupt platform operations. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service (excluding User Content) are owned by TicketNests or its licensors. When you upload content, you retain ownership but grant TicketNests a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating the Service.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TicketNests makes no guarantee regarding uninterrupted access or the accuracy of information provided by organizers.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TicketNests will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TicketNests, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms or for any activity we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or other users.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where TicketNests operates. If you are based in a different jurisdiction, you agree that the chosen law will apply to disputes.
